Using GrooteWorks
GrooteWorks provides tools that help service businesses receive and respond to website inquiries. When you submit a form, provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to share. The service business may use your request to assess, schedule, and perform the service you asked about.
SMS Messaging Program
If you affirmatively check the optional SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages regarding your service request and appointment updates. Messages may include service requests, follow-up questions, appointment coordination, and similar communications related to the service you requested.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of submitting or purchasing a service, and you may submit a request without checking the SMS box.
Privacy and communications
Our handling of information submitted through GrooteWorks, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records, is described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the service-request widget.
GrooteWorks may stop or limit messaging when a request is complete, when you opt out, or when needed to protect the service. These terms do not change any separate terms you may have with the service business you contact.
